      September of this year is the 46th national "Quality Month". In order to comprehensively inspect the actual operational skills of straightening operators, motivate employees to strive to improve their professional skills, create a good atmosphere of comparison, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing, continuously improve product quality, and enhance the market competitiveness of the three base steel pipes, a three base straightening skill competition has been carried out.

      After a month of preparation work, including pre competition planning, material preparation, equipment assurance, referee arrangement, and logistics arrangement, a straightening skills competition was successfully held on September 26th at the Jinxi and Xiaotang factories. A total of 12 participants from four teams participated in this competition.


      Before the competition, the referee read out the evaluation criteria and precautions, the participating employees listened attentively, and the order of the competition was decided by drawing lots on site. The participating employees are proficient in operating equipment and carefully processing each steel pipe. The other contestants are watching the game with a focused expression, and the inspectors, referees, and logistics team each perform their duties in an orderly manner.


      After an open, fair, fair, and serious organization, assessment, and scoring process, the Class A team led by Luo Meihong from Jinxi Factory won the winning team. Li Zhonghou from Jinxi Factory, Li Kaicai from Xiaotang Factory, and Leng Shilun from Jinxi Factory respectively won the first, second, and third place in their personal rankings.


      After the competition, Hou Fusheng, the general manager of the group, and Ge Xudan, the administrative director, respectively awarded bonuses and honorary certificates to the winning team and individual. Mr. Hou gave full recognition to this skills competition and hopes that this will be an opportunity to widely carry out various evaluation activities in the future, continuously stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, promote the improvement of employees' skills, create a work atmosphere of learning knowledge and improving skills, and create a team of technical workers.
